Daily steps for wellbeing

Each day…

I will nourish my soul by:

  • breathing deeply,
  • laughing,
  • being mindful.

I will respect my body by:

  • drinking enough water,
  • eating more food that is healthy,
  • eating less food that my ancestors wouldn’t recognise,
  • going to bed earlier than I think I need to,
  • moving my body.

I will nurture myself and others by:

  • being kind,
  • finding the pause between tasks,
  • going with the flow,
  • focusing on one thing at a time.
