I will nourish my soul by:
- breathing deeply,
- being mindful.
I will respect my body by:
- drinking enough water,
- eating more food that is healthy,
- eating less food that my ancestors wouldn’t recognise,
- going to bed earlier than I think I need to,
- moving my body.
I will nurture myself and others by:
- being kind,
- finding the pause between tasks,
- going with the flow,
- focusing on one thing at a time.
