About

The good day project is about helping people work towards a simpler life. A life that is physically and mentally healthier and filled with those things that feed the soul.

Most people know that they should look after themselves by eating healthy food, exercising and reducing the stress in their lives.  However, many people don’t know where to start or how to incorporate these things into their lives.

This is what the good day project does – simplifies the things we should be doing and translates them into easy steps to actually do them.

The good day project features one or two articles each fortnight, covering topics such as health, fitness and nutrition.  Depending on what’s happening in my life, I sometimes write about other things on my mind.

My name is Sonia – I’m the creator and author of the good day project.

I’m married with a young family, a qualified personal trainer and an amateur photographer (when I can find the time).

In addition to writing for the good day project and being a Mum, I also work part-time and study to further develop my knowledge about health and fitness.

I love simplifying the complex and am passionate about all aspects of health, so I am constantly looking at ways to simplify life and enhance my health and wellbeing.

Although I usually exercise regularly and eat healthfully, I am certainly not obsessive about this.  Balanced and sustainable are my approaches to good health.

Have a great day.
